Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
3 years in a shipping, receiving, and warehousing environment.
Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point) required.
Good verbal and written communication skills required.
Good written and verbal, and math aptitude.
Forklift training/certification.
Ability to work well under time constraints and under pressure.
DOT Hazardous Materials by Ground Certification.

Responsibilities

Follow safety, quality and operational procedures.
Process customer orders using pick lists to pull material, apply shipping labels, pick, load, label, and ship.
Move material by forklift in/out of trucks and place it in inventory.
Work efficiently and effectively with co-workers to accomplish daily tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
Receive product and store in warehouse properly via forklift and SAP.
Perform cycle counting, quality inspections, operate sweeper scrubber, and handle returnable pallets as required.
Continuously seek ways to improve facility operations and ensure customer needs are surpassed.
Adhere to the quality system.
Handle hazardous materials, including unloading, loading, and preparing materials for shipment with correct marking and labels.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
