About The Position

Kelsan is currently searching for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for filling customers orders utilizing RF equipment to pick the product and delivering the selected product to the truck loading dock. Position requires the verifying the selected product and loading the verified product on the assigned truck or trailer. This position is responsible for the accuracy of all orders filled, which includes meeting company productivity standards, working safely and operating all Material Handling Equipment in a safe manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Abide by all Kelsan Safety Rules and Regulations.
• Recognize and correct unsafe conditions, reporting them to management.
• Efficiently pick, ship verify, and load all customer orders.
• Secure the proper license to operate Kelsan Material Handling Equipment (OSHA mandated).
• Assemble and/or stack various Kelsan product on a pallet for secure loading.
• Operate a forklift in performance of order filling when required.
• Properly check Material Handling Equipment (MHE) before use.
• Properly use RF Equipment in all required warehouse functions.
