About The Position

The Warehouse Associate performs warehouse duties including counting, sorting, and recording large, heavy-weight stock. The role works on the receiving dock, picks and packs orders, and assists with dock processing. Work takes place in a quality- and controlled-material environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of previous warehouse experience.
• A strong work history of two or more years in previous roles.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Demonstrated reliability and initiative.
• Safety-focused approach.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments, loud environments, and fast-paced environments.
• Ability to reach, bend, walk, and stand consistently for long periods.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds constantly.
• Steel-toe shoes are required in the warehouse.
• New hires must complete the organization's forklift training before using equipment; training may take up to six months or more.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification or experience, including cherry pickers, order pickers, pacer/dock stockers, turret trucks, or standup forklifts.
• Distribution experience.
• Third-party logistics (3PL) experience.
