Requirements
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, pick tickets, order details, and shipping documentation in English.
- Strong attention to detail when picking, labeling, packaging, and verifying shipments.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer or data entry skills for processing shipping information accurately.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform the essential functions and physical demands of the position with or without accommodation.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification or prior equipment experience is a plus, but not required.
- Previous shipping, order fulfillment, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Verify quantities, item numbers, and order details against pick tickets and shipping documents.
- Label packages correctly and pack cartons securely to prevent damage in transit.
- Stage completed orders for carrier pickup and support daily shipping deadlines.
- Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory support as needed.
- Maintain an organized shipping area and accurate shipping records.
- Follow safety procedures and support general warehouse operations as assigned.
