About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Associate - Food Manufacturing in Brea, CA. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform shipping and receiving activities, operate a forklift (experience is a plus, not required), load, unload, move, and organize materials and products. You will also lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds, enter and exit a -10°F freezer as required, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. The role requires meeting tight deadlines, adapting to changing priorities, and communicating effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and other departments. You will follow all company safety and food manufacturing procedures and support additional warehouse duties as assigned. This is a full-time opportunity with a schedule of Monday - Thursday 8 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability and willingness to work in and around a -10°F freezer.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays when required.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be able to adapt to changing business needs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping/receiving, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing and/or freezer environments is preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
