About The Position

Hidden Talent is searching for a Warehouse Associate on behalf of Alsico North America, a global leader in protective workwear, cleanroom garments, and PPE solutions. Founded in Belgium in 1934, Alsico operates in 16 countries and manufactures the vast majority of its products in-house through a global network of facilities. As part of its continued North American growth, Alsico is opening a new distribution center in Shelbyville, Kentucky. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate who wants to be part of building something from the ground up. This is an opportunity to join a growing international company early, help establish a new warehouse operation, and grow alongside the business as the Shelbyville facility expands.

Requirements

• Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience (preferred)
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse work throughout the day
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow processes and safety procedures
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and unload containers safely
• Verify incoming materials and maintain accurate inventory records
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Organize inventory and stock warehouse locations accurately
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Load outbound shipments while following shipping procedures
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow established safety procedures and quality standards
• Support other warehouse activities as business needs evolve
