About The Position

Ferraro Foods is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations and help keep products stored, moved, and ready for customer orders. The role supports multiple areas of the warehouse, including order selection, receiving and put-away, replenishment, product movement, and maintaining an organized and safe work area. Associates use warehouse equipment and RF scanners to track and manage product, follow FIFO rotation, and help wherever daily operational needs arise.

This is a full-time, hourly position working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The work takes place in a multi-temperature warehouse, including refrigerated and freezer areas. The stated pay range is $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and move product weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks continuously throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay on task.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, or electric pallet jacks.
• Previous order selection and receiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Select and build customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Put away incoming product in the correct warehouse locations.
• Replenish pick slots so selectors have product ready.
• Move product throughout the warehouse using equipment as needed.
• Keep aisles organized and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Follow FIFO product rotation to maintain inventory quality.
• Use RF scanners to track, move, and manage product.
• Support different areas of the warehouse based on daily needs.
• Assist with daily warehouse operations wherever needed.
