About The Position

We are looking for warehouse associates to work part-time on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 5:30 pm. This role involves working in small teams to load and unload boxes in trailers. Compensation is based on a per-box rate, meaning higher productivity leads to higher earnings. Average employees can earn $300-$500 per weekend, with top performers exceeding $800. Additional earnings are possible by working extra hours or days.

Requirements

• Can pass a background check and a drug test.
• Can lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
• Can stand for long periods of time (10hrs-12hrs shifts).
• Great attendance and punctuality.
• Work well in a team setting.
• Stays motivated under a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and in dress code (Safety vest and Steel toes)
• Unload trailers by scanning boxes and placing them from the conveyor belt into a cage.
• Load trailers by scanning boxes and placing them from a cage onto a conveyor belt.
• Ensure every scan is done properly and boxes are placed into the correct cage location.
• Maintain a safe, positive work environment.
• Keep yourself safe and follow company policies.
• Have good attendance.
• Work with other teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Push yourself to get work done more efficiently.
