We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Marietta, GA warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and works well in a fast-paced team environment. The Warehouse Associate will support the day-to-day operations of the Marietta warehouse, including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, moving, and preparing products and materials for shipment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working on their feet while handling physical tasks throughout the day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, shipping/receiving, or related experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the workday.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse management or inventory systems.
  • Ability and willingness to follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift/PIT experience or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize medical device equipment according to established procedures and safety standards.
  • Handle and clean medical device equipment with attention to detail, ensuring equipment is properly prepared for the next stage of processing.
  • Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming products and materials.
  • Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
  • Pack, label, and stage products for outbound shipments.
  • Load and unload deliveries while following proper safety procedures.
  • Verify products, quantities, and shipping information for accuracy.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Properly handle, move, and store inventory and equipment.
  • Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Follow established warehouse processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Use warehouse equipment and tools safely and appropriately.
  • Communicate inventory issues, damaged products, discrepancies, or other concerns to the appropriate team member.
  • Work collaboratively with other warehouse and operations team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
  • Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.
