About The Position

Medivant Healthcare is a U.S.-based pharmaceutical manufacturer dedicated to producing sterile injectable medications for hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide. The Warehouse Associate supports day-to-day operations in receiving, storing, and distributing materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, preparing materials for production, and ensuring all warehouse operations meet cGMP and FDA compliance standards.

This is an entry-level position — full training will be provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or barcode scanning.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
• Accurately label, document, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick and issue components for production batches following established procedures.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment according to cGMP standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment (training provided).
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and documentation procedures.
• Support other departments with material transfers and general logistics needs.
