About The Position

This role is responsible for a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging, and shipping. The associate will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling incoming and outgoing goods. This includes operating warehouse equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED.
1-2 years of material handling, forklift, or warehouse experience.
Ability to operate a forklift, rider reach truck, stock picker, or hand truck.
Must pass forklift training and maintain forklift certification.
Ability to keep pace within a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend documents such as training instructions, shipping tickets, and procedure manuals at a fast pace.
Requires lifting ability of up to 80 pounds, with frequent lifting of 40-60 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk on a concrete surface 8 to 10 hours a day.
Basic computer knowledge.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software and/or Integrated Logistics Solutions.
Experience with RIF Scanner used to track inventory.
SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

Perform warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging, and shipping.
Receive, unload, and visually verify incoming freight for parts and condition.
Verify product quantities for stocking and identify/place overstock.
Prioritize and fill orders using warehouse equipment and route them for processing.
Safely and accurately pick, package, and label products for shipping.
Verify shipping orders against slips, utilize appropriate shipping lines, and load packages.
Communicate and resolve issues related to damages, shortages, inventory inaccuracies, or specification problems.
Perform cycle counts.
Maintain warehouse, supplies, and equipment, including facility cleanliness and organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
