About The Position

This role is for a Warehouse Associate on the 1st shift, working 4-10 hour days from 5 am to 3:30 pm, with no weekends. The work environment is a climate-controlled, clean light manufacturing setting. The position offers full benefits, including generous Paid Time Off (PTO) starting on day one, and opportunities to increase pay through cross-training. The starting pay range is $18.00–$19.75 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

One to two years related experience and/or training preferred.
Proficient and qualified in all basic Shipping skills.
Ability to read and understand written instructions.
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Ability to communicate ideas in verbal and written format so others will understand.
Ability to demonstrate secondary level computer skills including XA and Xalt, preferred.
Ability to demonstrate secondary level math and computation skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and provide direction to others.
Ability to determine and set priorities for the team to meet production and customer needs.
Regular attendance is required.
Requires face-to-face interaction with team members, peers and management.
Ability to work more than 40 hours per week (overtime) if needed based on business demand.

Nice To Haves

Basic level computer transactions (XA, Xalt, printing labels, and using a scale) preferred.
Ability to demonstrate secondary level computer skills including XA and Xalt, preferred.

Responsibilities

Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Locate Raw Materials in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and physical location.
Accurately pick and verify product for internal customers.
Identify and count raw materials.
Process/enter cycle count into ERP system.
Operate a forklift and one-person power lift in a safe manner.
Load/unload trucks and place materials from load into warehouse bays.
Perform basic level computer transactions (XA, Xalt, printing labels, and using a scale).
Verify orders based on lot, part number, and quantity.
