About The Position

Action Industries is seeking a high-energy, reliable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their fast-paced team. This is an active, fast-moving role where no two days feel stagnant. The associate will be at the heart of operations, ensuring products get where they need to go efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, loading and unloading freight, maintaining order accuracy by inspecting shipments, and keeping work stations clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

Enjoy staying active; comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to [e.g., 50 lbs] throughout a full shift.
Punctual, dependable, and reliable.
Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain precision and quality at a quick pace.
Positive attitude, respectful communication, and ability to contribute to an energetic, supportive team culture.
Hold a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance for occasional local pickup and delivery runs.

Responsibilities

Accurately select orders from inventory and securely pack them for shipment with speed and consistency.
Efficiently unload incoming freight shipments and load outgoing delivery trucks.
Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure part numbers, quantities, and quality match our high standards.
Keep work stations clean, organized, and safe to maintain a top-tier working environment.
