About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This temporary position is intended to support current business needs and operational demands. While this assignment may provide an opportunity to be considered for a regular position based on business needs, attendance, performance, and available openings, continued employment beyond the temporary assignment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
Basic math and computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred but not required.
Forklift certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Unload, sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts and audits.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified and authorized).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, or safety concerns to management.
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
