As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply Cleveland Distribution Center located in Bedford Heights, OH. Requirements

• Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!
• Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking) to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications

Nice To Haves

• Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus

Responsibilities

• Unloading, staging, picking and loading products.
• Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
• Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with.
• Other duties and growth opportunities may also be assigned.
