Picker/Packer/Palletizer
About The Position
Trane Technologies – Thermo King in Bloomington, MN is seeking to hire a dependable full-time Warehouse Associate on our 1st shift to help us pick, pack, and palletize orders. This role involves rotating through three different positions: picker, packer, and palletizer. As the picker, you will accurately select parts for customer orders using an automated inventory system. As the packer, you will review each order, package all contents, and seal the box. As the palletizer, you will accurately stack customer orders on pallets based on their delivery location and shrink wrap completed pallets. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs
- Prompt and reliable attendance
- Cooperative and respectful work style
- Adherence to all quality, safety, and other policies
Nice To Haves
- Previous distribution center or warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy in picking, packing, and palletizing customer orders
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to go above and beyond job-specific tasks to ensure the continual success of the entire warehouse operation
