About The Position
Action Industries is seeking a high-energy, reliable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their fast-paced team in Mayland Heights, MO. This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule. The role involves picking and packing orders, loading and unloading freight, maintaining order accuracy, and keeping work stations clean and organized. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work, reliable, detail-oriented, a team player, and holds a valid driver's license for occasional local runs.
Requirements
- Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout a full shift.
- Punctual, dependable, and reliable.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain precision and quality at a quick pace.
- Positive attitude, respectful communication, and ability to contribute to a energetic, supportive team culture.
- Hold a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance for occasional local pickup and delivery runs.
Responsibilities
- Accurately select orders from inventory and securely pack them for shipment with speed and consistency.
- Efficiently unload incoming freight shipments and load outgoing delivery trucks.
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure part numbers, quantities, and quality match our high standards.
- Keep work stations clean, organized, and safe to maintain a top-tier working environment.
