About The Position

InnerSpace is seeking a trustworthy, growth-oriented, and technically inclined Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is hands-on and involves assisting others daily, with a focus on inventory management, order fulfillment for internal technicians, and fleet management. The ideal candidate will have experience in a will-call warehouse environment, managing inbound deliveries and staging outbound pick-ups. This is an in-person position located at 45 Kensico Dr, Mt Kisco, NY 10549, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, totaling 45 hours per week. You will report to Rocco, Director of Operations.

Requirements

Experience in a will-call style warehouse, managing inbound deliveries and staging outbound pick-ups (technicians & RMA's).
A clean driving history.
A steady work history (3 years between job changes).
Previous experience in physical warehouse operations.
Familiarity with inventory software.
Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Certification in warehouse management or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments.
Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
Conduct inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse and fleet vehicles.
Update inventory records and track product movement using warehouse software.
Create and process vendor RMAs.
Pick, pack, and accurately prepare kits for on-time pick-up for internal technicians.
Perform local deliveries of products, kits, or supplies when necessary.
Manage fleet scheduling, oversee repairs, and perform minor maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions (receipts, shipments, and stock movement).
Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.
