About The Position
Warehouse Associates are primarily responsible for receiving products, bin putaway, picking and packing in support of our SLA of shipping all orders received by 4:00 pm on a daily basis. The Warehouse Associate is expected to adhere to safety, quality, and production standards while maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse and works under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Managers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience using any Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS) or shipping partner.
Responsibilities
- Picks orders utilizing RF-Smart Warehouse Management System.
- Receives product utilizing RF-Smart and NetSuite.
- Performs Bin Putaway utilizing RF-Smart.
- Packs and ships orders using ShipHawk.
- Meets or exceeds department minimum performance goals.
- Cleans and straightens work areas as necessary.
- Demonstrates a commitment to a culture of safety.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance per our attendance policy.
- Adheres to scheduled work and break times.
