About The Position

Snow and Jones, Inc. is hiring a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Norwell, MA warehouse team. You'll play an important role in keeping inventory organized, customer orders accurate, and products moving efficiently from our warehouse to our customers. Requirements

Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, distribution, order fulfillment, or material handling experience preferred
Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment
Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification

Nice To Haves

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus

Responsibilities

Load and unload incoming shipments, transfers, and delivery trucks
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products
Stock and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
Support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
Identify and report damaged products or inventory discrepancies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to keep operations running smoothly
Participate in training and help identify ways to improve warehouse efficiency
