Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work within deadlines.
Working knowledge of Gartman (IBM i) or similar WMS system.
Previous experience with a forklift, pallet jack and RF Scanner.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 or more years of experience operating forklifts, packaging material, and loading trucks.
1 or more years of experience working in a warehouse environment performing warehouse duties including receiving, shipping, order pulling or will call duties.
Prolonged periods of standing, operating a forklift and working in a warehouse environment with varied temperatures.
Must be able to repetitively lift up to 60 pounds at times, bend, stretch, and pull product.

Nice To Haves

Shrink wrap machine and RF Scanning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Support all functions within the warehouse: receiving, shipping, will call, inventory and maintenance/clean up.
Unload trucks and accurately receives product into the Gartman system.
Pull and stage orders for route deliveries and for Will Call customers.
Follow Activity Management procedures (formerly QMS) to accurately complete work assignments.
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF Scanners in a safe and efficient manner.
Promote and perform all assigned duties in a safe manner in support of company policies and procedures. The expectation includes reporting any potential hazards as well as correcting potential unsafe situations.
Participates in cross-training and is expected to support all warehouse functions as business needs require.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and warehouse environment.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Accurately receiving and storing product.
Accurately filling customer orders by picking the correct product, staging pre-pulls, and loading trucks for route delivery.
Providing exceptional customer service to will call customers.
Retrieve will call orders in less than 20 minutes.
Load customer vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
