About The Position
The Warehouse Associate is a valuable part of our order fulfillment process—using pick tickets to locate items, pulling accurate quantities, packing them with care, and maintaining consistent productivity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
- Able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years’ experience working in a warehouse setting, preferred
- Familiarity with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity goals.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack our orders daily; accurately pick customer sales orders using handheld scanning devices, meeting daily performance quotas.
- Label, pack, and ship orders securely and correctly, ensuring all shipments meet company standards for accuracy and presentation.
- Document and communicate key shipment details, tracking updates, and changes to shipping addresses, when applicable
- Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
- Comply with all safety policies and warehouse procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work cooperatively with the fulfillment team to meet quotas and goals
