About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate at Chick-fil-A Supply’s Nashville Distribution Center in Antioch, Tennessee, you will help serve Chick-fil-A restaurants by unloading, staging, picking, and loading products. You will contribute to the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse while following safe work practices and communicating with care. The warehouse is a fast-paced environment focused on launching and expanding Chick-fil-A Supply’s distribution service.

The schedule is 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, four 10-hour days per week, with the assigned days determined by business needs. Flexibility is needed for weekends, holidays, and occasional rotating shifts. Starting pay is $22 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking to follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.
• Ability to work in rotating extreme temperatures from –10°F to 100°F.
• Ability to reach, bend, and stoop while lifting cases weighing up to 65 pounds during most of the shift.
• Ability to occasionally use mechanical assistance to move loads up to 2,000 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or material-handling experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous food-distribution work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload, stage, pick, and load products.
• Help maintain warehouse efficiency, organization, and cleanliness.
• Safely operate machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Keep the warehouse clean and safe.
• Communicate with care with everyone you come in contact with.
• Perform other duties and pursue additional growth opportunities as assigned.
