About The Position

Join Freight Breakers in White Haven as a dependable, hardworking team member and build a steady, rewarding career with us. Our material handlers support trailer loading and unloading by moving boxes efficiently and safely. In this role, you will also help move full and empty cages and assist supervisors with essential day-to-day dock operations. This is a production-focused position that relies on strong teamwork. The more efficiently you and your team complete trailers, the greater your overall weekly earnings can be.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must arrive on time for every scheduled shift and be ready to work
• Must be able to lift and carry 5 to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to remain active and productive for extended periods
• Must be able to meet or exceed production expectations after training

Responsibilities

• Transport carts to and from the staging area
• Keep the work environment neat and orderly
• Adhere to all receiving and shipping procedures
• Follow all workplace safety rules and standards
• Comply with attendance expectations and call-off procedures
