About The Position

Superior Glove is seeking a dependable, safety-focused team player with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude for a Warehouse Associate role. This position supports warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety. The role is based at their Global Headquarters in Acton, ON, with an afternoon shift scheduled from 3:30 PM to Midnight, Monday to Thursday, and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Fridays.

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year of warehouse/shipping experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to use a handheld device (e.g., RF scanner).
• Basic computer skills essential.
• Math skills required for order accuracy.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for working with all departments and outside contacts.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand when an issue needs to be escalated.
• Strong record keeping/documentation skills.
• Ability to use judgment to determine glove quality.
• Adaptable to fast and ongoing changes in priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs, bend, walk, push, and pull.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift, Walkie, WAVE, Tow Motor and Man-Up licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders using a handheld device and various warehouse machines.
• Packing and processing orders into appropriate boxes.
• Shrink wrapping skids, stacking, and building skids safely.
• Assisting with weights and measurements on products.
• Verifying orders and applying special order labelling.
• Loading trucks efficiently while following safety precautions.
• Performing cycle/inventory counts.
• Assisting with unloading/receiving of trucks.
• Assisting with customer pick-ups.
• Following and complying with all operational and safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
