Requirements
- Reliable and dependable — you show up on time and follow through
- Detail-oriented and consistent; our customers are dental practices counting on complete, accurate orders
- A team player with good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Ability to stand, squat, push, and pull throughout a full shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse experience (receiving, packing, shipping, replenishment, credits) — a plus, but we'll train the right person
- Forklift operation experience
Responsibilities
- Pick, verify, and pack customer orders accurately using a handheld scanner
- Prepare completed orders for shipment
- Receive product from manufacturers, stock shelves, and replenish inventory
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Pitch in on other warehouse duties as needed — we cross-train, and we're looking for someone willing to learn every part of the operation
