About The Position

Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd. is seeking Full-Time Warehouse Associates for the Day Shift to join their team in Milton, Ontario. The role involves accurately picking and assembling product orders onto pallets for daily loading, while adhering to safety and sanitation protocols in a refrigerated warehouse environment.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding work.
Comfortable working within a refrigerated environment: between 4 and 6 degrees.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Flexible availability to work Sundays and occasional Overtime.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a Warehouse, logistics, or distribution setting.
Current Forklift Certification (an asset, not required).

Responsibilities

Manually picking product orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
Assembling product securely onto pallets.
Transferring completed pallets to the dock area for loading onto delivery trucks.
Adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols within the warehouse environment.
