About The Position

Pearce is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a temporary, full-time role to support a short-term operational project in Terrell, TX. This position is intended to assist with increased workload and inventory activities, with an expected duration of approximately one to two months, subject to business needs. While this is a temporary role, outstanding performers may be considered for future permanent opportunities. The role is crucial for the accurate, safe, and timely movement of materials supporting internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate will be dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a 100% on-site role, and candidates should reside in or near Terrell, Texas.

Requirements

  • One (1+) year of experience in the same or similar role is desired
  • Able to lift 75+ pounds several times per day
  • Forklift certification required (propane preferred)
  • Comfortable using computers, tablets, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience using basic hand and power tools (drills, hammer, circular saw, etc.)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Clean driving record
  • Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming equipment and materials for accuracy and quality
  • Prepare, package, and ship outbound materials using proper crating, palletizing, and labeling methods
  • Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on time
  • Perform order fulfillment from initial request through shipment and notification
  • Maintain organized storage locations and update inventory movements in the system
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Support Field Service teams by identifying material availability and proper part selection
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping dock environment
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (propane preferred)
  • Work collaboratively with management, coworkers, visitors, and customers
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
