About The Position

National Star Services, a 27-year-old facility management company with nationwide services, is seeking a Warehouse Reach Truck Operator for its Rosemount, MN 55068 location. This role involves operating stand-up reach trucks, moving and organizing pallets, transporting products, and loading/unloading materials within the distribution center. The position requires adherence to safety procedures, maintaining a clean work environment, and performing pre- and post-shift equipment inspections. Available schedules include Monday to Friday and Sunday to Thursday, with a 2nd Shift from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM. The starting pay rate is $18.00/hour, paid bi-weekly.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
• Must provide two valid forms of ID (Photo ID & Social Security Card)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent stand-up reach truck experience required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the work site.
• Must have an updated resume.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach trucks safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse facility.
• Move, stack, and organize pallets in designated storage areas and racking systems.
• Transport products and materials throughout the distribution center.
• Load and unload pallets from trucks, staging areas, and warehouse locations.
• Inspect equipment before and after each shift to ensure safe operation.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
