About The Position
National Fulfillment Services (NFS) is seeking experienced Warehouse Associates to join our first shift team (7am – 3:30pm). NFS is part of Metro Supply Chain, a strategic supply chain solutions partner for some of the world’s fastest growing and most recognizable organizations. We are looking for Pickers / Packers / Forklift Drivers, Team Leads, Logistic Coordinators and more! This is a full-time position.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- This role requires using material handling equipment and Radio Frequency (RF technology).
- Warehouse: 1 year (Required)
- Ability to Commute: Kansas City, MO (Required)

- Experience working within E-commerce and fulfillment with multiple clients.
Responsibilities
- Play an essential role in achieving service levels for our customers, including safety, productivity and accuracy.
- Communicate and work with other team members to ensure proper movement of materials throughout the warehouse.
- Responsible for handling products for various operations processes, including receiving, order picking & packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Execute all tasks following Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent work methods are used.
- Participates in inventory activities, including physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Moves empty pallets depositing them at the designated pallet holding location.
- Keeps the warehouse clean, orderly, and free from obstructions with all debris placed in proper containers or designated areas.
- Operates equipment and completes tasks consistent with Company Health and Safety Policies.
- Demonstrates respect for the organization's values.
- Other duties as assigned.
