Pro Coffee Gear is seeking a warehouse support associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and/or client service acumen. This role involves supporting the head technician and logistics lead through various activities including organizing, tracking, packing, and fulfilling shipments of espresso machines and small packages. Responsibilities also include receiving purchase orders, creating kits, organizing products and parts, and assisting technicians with cleaning, testing, and disassembling/reassembling espresso machines. The role also entails cleaning espresso machines for photographic purposes and taking photos, as well as performing ad hoc tasks and process improvement activities as needed. There are advancement opportunities for successful candidates to transition into roles such as technician, logistics lead, or technical sales and support.
