About The Position

Auto Electric Service Ltd. is seeking a motivated and energetic Warehouse Associate to join their Regina Distribution Center team. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience in the automotive, industrial, or agricultural parts industry. Automotive product knowledge is an asset, but we place equal value on a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow as part of our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in warehouse operations, including picking and packing orders, and maintaining an organized and safe working environment. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, supporting both retail and wholesale customers. This fast-paced position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, order picking, or inventory experience is an asset
• Automotive, industrial, or agricultural knowledge is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse workspaces
• Use warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks
• Inspect and report damaged items or inventory discrepancies
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking shelves as needed
• Adhere to all safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet warehouse productivity goals
