About The Position
The Warehouse Associate supports the daily operations of the warehouse and facility by receiving, organizing, storing, and moving inventory. The role helps maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient work environment and requires dependability, attention to detail, and availability to assist with incoming deliveries and receivables during working hours. The associate is expected to take ownership of facility organization and safety, remain responsive to receiving and delivery needs, and contribute to general warehouse and facility tasks. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and deliveries.
- Be available and prepared to assist with receivables during scheduled delivery times.
- Verify received products against packing slips, purchase orders, and other documentation.
- Label, stage, and store incoming materials and inventory.
- Maintain inventory organization and assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Keep warehouse, storage, loading, and other facility areas clean and organized.
- Sweep, clean, remove trash, and maintain the overall appearance of the facility.
- Organize products, supplies, equipment, and materials to maximize space and accessibility.
- Keep aisles, work areas, exits, and loading areas clear and unobstructed.
- Assist with picking, packing, staging, and moving products throughout the facility.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained and authorized.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Report damaged products, facility issues, safety hazards, and inventory discrepancies to management.
- Assist with general warehouse and facility tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach.
