About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by performing a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient and safe handling of goods, and contributing to a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good physical condition and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
  • Customer service focus and mindset, putting our employees and Partners first, with excellent ability to communicate and develop relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to improve things both big and small.
  • Highly organized, ability to act quickly while still having attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role (preferred).
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of items received.
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage shipping schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Track and report any inventory discrepancies, damage, or loss.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Complete and maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and other key metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse team members, supervisors, and other departments.
