About The Position

The DC Outfitter must have physical stamina and strength to be able to perform the various duties in the Distribution Center. Outfitter will be cross trained in other departments as needed and may be asked to carry out special projects. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Production standards and accuracy are especially important aspects of the position that are closely monitored.
• Ability to communicate with fellow employees in a courteous and professional manner and be a team player.
• Must have multitasking skills.
• Commitment to safety rules and procedures.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule with mandatory overtime, when scheduled.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and must work well with numbers.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Perform manual or physical job duties, based upon DC needs.
• Load or unload trailers by hand, i.e. up to and including, grills, tree stands, safes, kayaks, etc.
• Use scanners to read bar codes on labels and product.
• Fill customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching merchandise to order.
• Stock merchandise to ensure availability of items.
• Pack customer orders for shipment.
• Select and verify product for fulfillment and route to the next area or pack for shipping.
• Assign and reassign pick locations based on information from reports and maintain an accurate listing of all locations.
• Sort merchandise as appropriate.
• Process, ticket, or sort merchandise for retail locations.
• Perform returns processing for customer orders.
• Clean and repair different reel models and determine if repair is under warranty.
• Maintain work area by cleaning as needed.
• Perform manual or physical job duties, based upon DC needs.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
