About The Position

We are looking for someone to join our Shipping Team to help make sure customers get their custom sticker/labels in a timely manner. Each day, you will gather and sort away inventory, print invoices and focus on order fulfillment. Requirements

• Ability to process small shipments through UPS and FedEx software system
• Ability to label boxes

• Ability to report maintenance issues
• Ability to adhere to all established safety practices
• Ability to maintain a clean work area
• Ability to communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor
• Ability to follow established quality management system procedures
• Ability to complete quality documents
• Ability to talk and hear
• Ability to sit and use hands and fingers to handle or feel
• Ability to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Close vision abilities
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares completed work orders for shipment by palletizing, wrapping, and marking finished goods
• Processes bills of lading according to the requirements stated on the work order
• Notifies freight carriers
• Processes small shipments through UPS and FedEx software system and labels each box accordingly
• Maintains material handling equipment in good working order and reports any maintenance issues to the Warehouse Manager
• Adhere to all established safety practices
• Maintain a clean work area
• Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Follow established quality management system procedures
• Complete quality documents to ensure adherence to procedures
