About The Position

We are looking for warehouse associates to work either the Front or Back half of the Donut Shift, from 7am to 7pm. The job consists of working in small teams to load/unload boxes in trailers. Pay is based on a per-box system, meaning faster work leads to higher earnings. The average employee earns $600-$800 per week, with top performers exceeding $1000 per week by maximizing their speed in both loading and unloading. Additional earnings are possible by working extra hours or days.

Requirements

Great attendance and punctuality
Work well in a team setting
Stays motivated in a fast-paced environment.
Can pass a background check and a drug test.
Can lift up to 50lbs unassisted
Can stand for long periods of time (10hrs-12hrs shifts)

Responsibilities

Report to work on time (7am) and in dress code (Safety vest and Steel toes)
Unload trailers by scanning boxes and placing them from the conveyor belt into a cage.
Load trailers by scanning boxes and placing them from a cage onto a conveyor belt.
Ensure every scan is done properly and boxes are placed into the correct cage location.
Maintain a safe, positive work environment.
Keep yourself safe and follow company policies.
Have good attendance.
Work with other teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Push yourself to get work done more efficiently.
