About The Position

This role is in support of Cencora's veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, offering animal health services globally. This role supports warehouse activities involving receipt, storage, handling, and shipment of products and packaging materials. Assists with temperature-controlled handling and replenishment tasks to maintain required product conditions. Maintains shipment records and inventory documentation to preserve traceability and compliance. Contributes to efficient warehouse flow through material movement, packaging readiness, and exception handling support.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
Knowledge in warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock reconciliation, and transaction accuracy.
Knowledge in shipment preparation, product handling, and storage condition requirements.
Knowledge in warehouse documentation, record maintenance, and operational reporting.
Knowledge in safety, loss prevention, and warehouse control practices.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
