About The Position

The Warehouse Associate picks and packages customer orders that flow through the warehouse according to company procedures and standards, while following safety practices and rules. The role also handles receiving activities, including loading and unloading materials, and requires operating a stand-up forklift and a computer. The position involves physical activity, including standing and pushing, pulling, and lifting materials.

Requirements

• Ability to operate a forklift and a computer.
• Ability to stand.
• Repetitive use of both hands.
• Constant awareness of surroundings.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift to pick and package customer orders according to company standards.
• Receive and put away incoming material.
• Load outgoing material and unload incoming material.
• Package UPS shipments.
• Clean designated warehouse areas as needed.
• Label material according to customer specifications.
• Move material to new locations as needed.
• Follow safety practices and procedures to help ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform other assigned duties and tasks.
