About The Position

Fix Supply is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Troy, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and managing inventory, packing and shipping orders, and delivering local orders. The ideal candidate is comfortable lifting heavy packages, working on their feet throughout the day, and holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to provide excellent service to customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to consistently lift 50+ lbs. throughout the workday
• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods of time
• Ability to learn and use warehouse software
• Ability to provide excellent customer when interacting with customers
• Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments
• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Inspect, clean, and recondition parts as needed
• Pack and ship customer orders
• Deliver orders to local customers using a company vehicle
• Assist with counter sales and customer pickups
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
