About The Position

Adheso Graphics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team in De Pere, WI. This role involves various shipping and warehouse functions, including picking customer sales orders, processing location transfers, and other shipping duties. The associate will be trained to use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, barcode scanning equipment, and a Pitney Bowes shipping system. A key responsibility is obtaining and maintaining a company forklift license and operating equipment safely. The position requires the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties. Reliable attendance, teamwork, good communication skills, a sense of urgency, and adherence to safety protocols are essential. The role also includes learning product details, proper packaging, and operating a tape slitter for custom orders. Associates will assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment and provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Package goods properly to ensure quality of material upon arrival at customers’ location.
  • Maintain packing supplies needed to ensure proper packaging of product.
  • Learn and use ERP system menus.
  • Learn and use RF scanners.
  • Ability to gain company forklift license training and maintain license.
  • Must always drive forklifts in a safe and controlled manner.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy other team members.
  • Learn and use Pitney Bowes shipping system.
  • Learn the products and how to fill and place items from the order to fill skids as to not damage product in transit.
  • Have the ability and willingness to help in other areas within the warehouse.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide feedback related to job responsibilities that will contribute to continual process improvement.
  • Learn to operate tape slitter to slit and package custom sized tapes.
