About The Position

We are looking for warehouse associates to work Saturday and Sunday from 7pm to 7am. The job consists of working in small teams to load/unload boxes in trailers. Pay is per box, meaning the faster you work, the more boxes you process, and the more money you make. The average employee averages $300-500 a weekend, with the fastest employees making over $800 a weekend by pushing to be as fast as possible both loading and unloading. Additional earnings are possible by staying later or coming in on extra days.

Requirements

Great attendance and punctuality
Work well in a team setting
Stays motivated under a fast-paced environment.
Can pass a background check and a drug test.
Can lift up to 50lbs unassisted
Can stand for long periods of time (10hrs-12hrs shifts)

Responsibilities

Report to work on time (7pm) and in dress code (Safety vest and Steel toes)
Unloading trailers (Scanning boxes and placing them from the conveyor belt into a cage.)
Loading trailers (Scanning boxes and placing them from a cage onto a conveyor belt)
While scanning, make sure every scan is done properly and placed into the correct cage location.
Maintain a safe, positive work environment
Keep yourself safe and follow company policies
Have good attendance
Work with other teams to keep operations running smoothly
Push yourself to get work done more efficiently
