This role is crucial in ensuring online orders are picked, packed, and shipped quickly and accurately, supporting our community of motorcycle enthusiasts. The Fulfillment Network operates in Louisville, KY; North Las Vegas, NV; and Lawnside, NJ, serving customers of RevZilla, J&P Cycles, and Cycle Gear. Responsibilities

• Learn daily activities across receiving, shipping, and inventory control departments.
• Operate machinery such as mechanical order pickers and pallet jacks.
• Unload and verify shipment contents.
• Scan products into inventory software and store them properly.
• Pick products, weigh and label shipments, and report on delivery schedules.
• Support the Returns team, pull products for media shoots, and process employee purchases.
• Work with the Rider Support team to prevent mis-shipments.
• Identify receiving discrepancies.
• Monitor on-time deliveries and report shipping delays.
• Perform cycle count audits and reconcile reports to reduce mis-shipments.
• Examine products for damage at each step of the pick/pack/ship workflow.
• Analyze issues to get to the root cause and support process improvement.
• Communicate concerns and ideas for improvement to the leadership team.
