Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (for Order Selector).
Frequently move packages weighing up to 50 - 70 lbs.
Comfortable on warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.
Bachelor’s degree (for Management Trainee).
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment (for Management Trainee).
Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask (for Management Trainee).
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail (for Management Trainee).

Responsibilities

Unload shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Load outbound trailers with Uline product for our customers.
Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning (for Management Trainee).
Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound and supporting departments (for Management Trainee).
Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment (for Management Trainee).
Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations (for Management Trainee).
