Support accurate inbound processing by comparing packing slips of incoming shipments with bills of lading, invoices and orders, and maintaining files on purchase orders and packing slips. Use SAP WMS (after training) and related systems to enter records, perform receipts and create production bundles, including inventory transactions, label creation, assembly and moving finished bundles into stock. Ensure inventory integrity by identifying product or inventory discrepancies, processing returns, inspecting materials against finished‑goods standards and correctly barcode‑labeling all products going into stock. Navigate the warehouse efficiently using the bin sequence strategy and RF scanning to pick, store and locate materials, and perform physical inventory counts to meet company standards. Operate lift trucks, pallet jacks and hand trucks safely to load/unload trucks and move products between warehouse, shipping/receiving and storage areas. Prepare outbound shipments by examining stock, packaging products with appropriate materials and skids, affixing accurate shipping labels and sorting parcels by destination (including separating dealer orders for weekly pick‑up). Help ensure orders leave right the first time by checking that product, quantities and addresses meet specifications and documenting any issues for follow‑up.
