About The Position

The Herff Jones Cap and Gown team, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, is looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team. Indianapolis-based Herff Jones is the leading provider of graduation and educational products and services designed to inspire achievement and create memorable experiences for students. Herff Jones’ products include class rings and jewelry, caps and gowns, diplomas and announcements as well as motivation and recognition programs. Requirements

• Must be self-motivated.
• Must have adequate computer skills.
• Reading, writing and math skills commensurate with job duties.
• Physical strength and dexterity to perform essential job functions.
• Must be able to recognize colors and different cloth styles.
• Must be able to work all mandatory overtime.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Job may require lifting to, but not exceeding, 30 pounds.
• Must be able to work all mandatory overtime.
• Working at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
• Reading, communication, simple math.
• Regularly lift/move up to 50lbs.
• Standing, walking, squatting, bending, lifting, pushing and pulling for an 8–10-hour shifts.
