About The Position
Michelin is seeking a Warehouse Associate for its Beyond Road Distribution Centers. As a member of the Michelin Group, the company manufactures and distributes off-the-road tires, wheels, rubber tracks, and track systems for the material handling, construction, agriculture, and powersport industries. This role supports distribution center productivity goals and involves responsibilities in receiving/shipping product, production assembly, inventory management, cost control, safety, and quality.
Requirements
- Manual tasks (10% - 25% of daily load)
- Computer skills (to use warehouse management devices)
- Forklift and standing reach truck experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Support the Distribution Center Management in accomplishing distribution center productivity goals.
- Safe and efficient inbound/outbound transportation of product to assigned location.
- Verify inbound/outbound shipments are accurate/free of damage, report quality variances.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and perform preventative maintenance to mitigate product defects or machine malfunction.
- Utilize scanner to record and track accurate inventory levels.
- Support general warehouse operations by assisting with inbound/outbound/assembly process as required.
- Engage in cycle counting activities to maintain accurate inventory levels, assist in physical inventories.
- Develop skillset of warehouse & assembly associate via cross-training opportunities.
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed standard work procedures, comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
- Report to Team Leader immediately issues on available stock, material that does not meet quality standards, safety concerns/potential hazards, equipment maintenance.
