About The Position
We’re seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support our overnight warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll handle receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products while assisting with various warehouse tasks. You’ll begin as a key contributor on our team, with the opportunity to grow into a team lead position as Sway continues to expand.
Requirements
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic familiarity with warehouse systems or inventory software
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate records
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory items
- Process, sort, and accurately label packages
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
- Check and verify shipping labels for accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Communicate operational updates and needs to the HQ team
- Troubleshoot any package issues that arise to ensure timely delivery of each package
- Consolidate pickups and assist in processing outgoing shipments
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations
- Identify opportunities to improve or optimize warehouse procedures
