About The Position
A day in the life of a Warehouse Associate at VF looks a little like this. Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a warehouse. Responsible for a variety of functions within the distribution center, such as receiving, stocking, loading, and unloading merchandise, picking and operating heavy-duty equipment such as pallet jacks. Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders. Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records; retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries. Responsible for working independently to reach individual production goals successfully and accurately.
Requirements
- Basic level of education required: reading, writing, and basic numeracy.
- Problem solving skills.
- Accountability.
- 1 year of experience and professional achievements.
