About The Position
The Warehouse Associate in Leduc, Alberta, is responsible for processing customer orders in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining inventory integrity. This safety-sensitive role supports daily warehouse operations including material handling, order processing, and equipment operation.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is the minimum requirement.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience, within a metals, manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Experience in operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience using ERP systems for order processing and inventory transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness; ability to follow instructions and work independently; effective communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Nice To Haves
- Post-secondary education in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Experience operating saw equipment (band saw, cold saw, etc.) is considered an asset.
- Proficiency using measuring devices and reading work orders preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move material and load/unload trucks.
- Pick, package, and prepare material according to customer specifications and work orders.
- Operate saw equipment (band saw, cold saw, etc.) to cut material accurately and efficiently.
- Receive stock, verify material, and put away in appropriate warehouse locations.

- Follow all safety procedures, perform daily equipment inspections, and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
